B.B. King

I shot these photos of BB King during three different concerts at which I was allowed to photograph him during his performance. The concerts occurred over three different years and in the last concert I attended I could see BB was dealing with some issues. Some in attendance were upset that BB would start a song and then stop and talk for five or ten minutes, but this was BB King and to me, it was all good. Not long after that last concert BB King passed away. As usual, concert lighting is somewhat difficult to deal with. For some reason the guy running the lights can, for no reason, flood the stage with nothing but blue or red light.. the worst light for photography but just like bad weather I have to make do with what light is available.
